Open Question: How long does it take to get off a cruise ship in Alexandria port?

I will be cruising with Norwegian Cruise Lines on Jade for a 10 Night Mediterranean Cruise. We will stop in Alexandria, going to Cairo from there. I am planning to take the train from Alexandria to Cairo and then get picked up for a tour from my hotel, but I am not sure when to schedule the pickup. I am cruising off-season and the ship will arrive in port on a Tuesday morning at 6AM. I would like to know how long it takes to get off the ship and get to Alexandria train station so I can decide whether to take the 7AM train (I assume I would be cutting it close, but I am not sure) or the 8AM train.
